That’s a wrap on the first event in the 2021 Maximum Adventure Race Series!

Despite the testing conditions out on course that meant everyone was thoroughly soaked by the end of the event, there were plenty of smiles as teams crossed the finish line. It was truly a fantastic effort by all the Classic and Novice teams, trail running, mountain biking and kayaking alongside and on, Lake Macquarie.

A special shout out to our hard working volunteers who lent a hand despite the rain and helped make this event happen either out on course as a marshal or at the event centre and to CREST who provided the radio coverage across the course.
