Sunday Event Cancelled

It is with great disappointment that we have made the tough decision to cancel the Sunday leg of the Max Adventure Race on the Sunshine Coast for 2022. While we would love to be able to run the event on both days, the low number of entries for the Sunday event means we would not be able to deliver the event atmosphere our participants deserve. We have made this decision early to allow registered teams to make alternative plans rather than waiting until closer to the event date in hope that numbers significantly increase. Please note that entries for the Saturday leg are a lot stronger and that event is in no danger of being cancelled.

As a registered participant in the Sunday event you have the following options available to you:

• Transfer to the Wild Horse Mountain Adventure Race Saturday event
• Credit 100% of your entry fees to another Max Adventure event of your choice
• A 100% refund of your entry fees.

Please email us via the link below and let us know which of the above options you wish to take and we will process your transfer/credit/refund as soon as we can.

Please note that the Kids Course which was scheduled to be held on the Sunday will now take place on the Saturday instead so the opportunity to race still exists for our younger teams!

If you registered for the Multi-Day option (i.e. racing both Saturday and Sunday) the options above are all available to you. We can refund you just for the Sunday leg and leave your Saturday entry in place. Just let us know your preference via email.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this decision but hope to see you all at another Max Adventure event in the near future!
